Where is my order?

- Once your order has been placed, you will receive a order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 3-5 business days processing time for your order to ship.

In your shipping confirmation email, you will be provided a tracking number link. To see where your order is, simply click on the link provided in the email. This link will take you to a page that will show you the exact whereabouts of your particular package.

If you have anymore questions about your order, you may contact the shipping carrier about your package whereabouts. You may also contact us at  Please include your name, order number, and concern.


Why won't my discount code work?

- If your code is not working, first make sure that you have entered the code correctly. Please note that all of our codes are case sensitive. Try copying and pasting the code into the promo code box at checkout.

Some our codes are only meant to be used once. Also, some of our codes have expiration dates to them. Please check your emails or our website for the terms and conditions of each particular code. 

If you believe that your code is not working in an error on our part, please contact us at with "DISCOUNT CODE NOT WORKING" in the subject line.


How can I return or exchange my order?

- To find out ways to return or exchange your items, please refer to our Returns page.


How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will be issued a store credit of the original order amount, minus the original shipping fees. There will also be a 25% restocking fee taken out of each return credit. A gift card with store credit will automatically be emailed to you within a certain amount of days after your return has been processed. The returns and exchange process can take 2-4 weeks.

If you haven’t received a refund credit yet after this return period, first please check your email.  

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at with "WHERE'S MY REFUND" in the subject line.


Do you offer gift wrapping?
- Not at this moment. 


How will I know if you received my return?

- We require that you have a tracking number for any and all merchandise sent back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you on the approval or rejection of your return. 

Please note that your returned merchandise must be in the exact same condition as that it was sent. 

We do not except returns for items that were brought on clearance, or during sales.  Items purchased using affiliate, or email sign up discount codes can be returned. 


Can I use more than one discount code at a time?

- Unfortunately, we only allow once discount code to be used at a time.


How do I access my LikeTheMinimal account?

- To access your LikeTheMinimal account, please go to our home page and click on "Account" at the very top right hand corner. This will take you to a page where you can log in with your username and passcode.


Do you ship internationally?

- Yes we ship to almost any and everywhere!


How much are the shipping rates and why?

- To view our shipping rates, please go to the checkout page and choose your desired shipping option. The rate will automatically show up. Most of our shipping rates within the US are anywhere between $5-$12. 

We understand how much shipping rates can add up. This is why here at LikeTheMinimal, we make sure to try our very best to keep our shipping rates as low as knowingly possible.


How do I change my password?

- To change your password, you must click "forgot your password" on the sign in page. To access the sign in page, you must click on "Account" at the very top right hand corner on our home page.


I forgot to use my discount code, now what?

- Once an order has been placed, we are unable to go back and apply new discounts. You can always use your discount towards your next purchase as long as it is not a "new order discount", or it has already expired. 

Please make sure that you refer to the terms and conditions of each discount code.


What payment methods do you accept?

- We accept Visa, Master card, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. We will also accept ApplePay in the future. 


How can I cancel my order?

 - Each customer only has 10 minutes after an order to cancel. To cancel please log into your account.

Once you receive your order, you can then return an item for store credit. To find out how to return an item, please refer to our returns page. Simply click on "returns" located at the very bottom of our home page.

Remember that all sale items are final.
We cannot take responsibility for packages once they leave our facility.
