We offer returns within 15 business days from receipt of delivery. If it is our error, then we will pay for shipping back to us (for example shipping the wrong item). Otherwise, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. All merchandise sent back to us require a tracking number. Exchanges are based on availability of stock. Although we do offer you the option to exchange, you must make a new order when doing so. Please make sure that you carefully review our size guide and product details, including order processing times before each item is shipped. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee along with the original shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit amount gifted back to you.
All clearance and items brought during a sale are non returnable. Items brought using an affiliate discount code or an email signup discount can be returned for store credit.
Due to the nature of swimwear, and a user wide site survey, we will not be offering returns on any swimwear.
